What Supplements Should You Take With Food And When?
Almost all of us are taking supplements these days. So, what supplements should you take with food and when?
Fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, along with omega fatty acids or CoQ10 should all be taken with food in the morning or at lunch because what we know them to do is to stimulate our brain and if we take them at night it can cause us to have vivid dreams, more frequent awakening of our sleep, and more difficulties getting into REM sleep or the more restorative sleep. So, make sure you're taking your fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, any omega supplements or CoQ10 in the morning or at noon with food to help increase the absorption of them.
Supplements like vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, any adrenal support, or organ meats if you take them. Those can all be taken on an empty stomach with little or no downside effects of anything like nauseous or sick feeling to your stomach.
So, remember if you're going to be supplementing make sure to take them at the appropriate time to increase its absorption and effectiveness.
